Fun With Film | Spokane Photographer Jennifer Harvey

I recently had a client request a session done on film, She wanted to surprise her husband with a photograph for his birthday, So we got together and made it happen. All of the effects are intentional and I love them. I used natural window light and a few reflectors. She was very apprehensive but we totally got what she wanted and I can’t wait to hear how her husband receives his gift.

This is my sister! I love what you did with her. I was telling her she looks Grecian. These photos also remind me of some old prints our aunt owns, where the lady is going to take a sponge bath in an old grey metal tub. Very beautiful!

Thank you Julianne, I agree she does look a little Grecian. I was going for a more painterly look with these and I think we managed to pull off what she wanted.

These are beautiful, thank you Jennifer, my husband really loved the portrait, he can’t stop smiling at it! Wants to hang it in the living room instead of the bedroom! Glad I did it!
